To respect my time and other clients, I have the following cancellation policy: • A 50% service fee will be charged for no-shows, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment. • I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I’m happy to work with you. However, if you reschedule your appointment more than once within the 24-hour window, the 50% cancellation fee will also apply. • This policy helps protect appointment times that could have been offered to other clients.
